George is an accomplished and dynamic professional with a rich background in operations management and client relations. He has over 15 years’ experience as a People, Operations Management and Change Management professional. As the Senior Regional Operations Manager for the West Region, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company towards success through strategic direction, client engagement, and operational excellence.

In this capacity, George orchestrates a team of dedicated associates, providing them with strategic guidance to meet and exceed client expectations. His leadership style is characterized by a focus on results, underpinned by a commitment to delivering high-level service.

George is an alumnus of California State University, East Bay where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). In addition to his educational background, George maintains a commitment to continuous learning and development. He is a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and stays abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
