The Where Service Matters teams demonstrate excellent service each day and have been instrumental in delivering high-quality services and going above and beyond for their clients. The hard work they put in each day is what allowed TMG to be nominated for these awards. This incredible achievement is a testament to the teams’ dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence. This award is a reflection of their collective efforts, collaboration, and the exceptional service that they consistently provide to our clients.

Floyd C. Creecy, Executive Director of the MSMA, offered keen advice highlighting to all leaders, and prospective leaders: “Being delayed does not mean denied, so keep on putting in the efforts to be the best leader you can be.”  The benefits offered by the organization are the rewards, from educational opportunities to being recognized by peers. He followed by explaining that these awards are earned by the best since their inception in 2018.  Our Where Service Matters award winners merited this recognition for team engagement, improved use of technology, improvement in operational procedures, and excellence in the time of COVID-19.

Let us celebrate this remarkable milestone and the collective effort that it took to achieve it. These recognitions will inspire us all to reach even greater heights in the future, as we continue to build on this success and strive for even greater achievements.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to MSMA for acknowledging our efforts and to Mailcom for hosting this great event.
