TMG Welcomes Denise Joseph

 

We proudly welcome Denise Joseph to our Where Service Matters team. As a Baltimore, Maryland native, Denise is excited to be the Mail Services Manager at a major manufacturing client in Richmond, Virginia. She has an extensive background in customer service, law, legal support, and shipping services. Denise has worked as a tenured employee and leader with major companies such as Southwest Airlines, FedEx and Lifetime Fitness. She has over 20 years customer service experience in both the private and public sectors and is currently perusing her master’s degree in Legal Studies from University of Maryland.

Denise has a passion for Arts and Theater and has volunteered at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, Maryland for over 3 years.  She has a passion supporting organizations that assist and mentor individuals through homelessness, substance abuse and mental health challenges. She is an avid painter and photographer in her spare time and loves to travel exploring new places. Welcome to the #WhereServiceMatters team Denise!
