A+E Television Networks Recognizes Its Where Service Matters Professionals From The Millennium Group

Four Where Service Matters professionals from The Millennium Group supporting A+E Television Networks (A+E) in New York City were formally recognized and presented special Silver Star Awards on March 30th in a ceremony hosted by A+E.  Antoine Galloway, Sophia Kirby, Terrence Bolen, and Zahira Baccus were recognized for their commitment to supporting A+E with exceptional customer service. The ceremony was led by A+E’s Vice President Facilities and Office Services Denise Strong, and TMG National Account Manager for A+E, Omar Roberts.

For over nine years, our Where Service Matters team, led by Omar Roberts, has executed Office Services for A+E to include Mail, Shipping/Receiving, Conference Services, Reception, Pantry Services, Matron Services, and general Facilities Support within A+E’s New York headquarters and in Brooklyn, NY, Stamford, CT and Los Angeles, CA.  A+E TelevisionNetworks is a global media content company in over 150 countries and home to a portfolio of among the most powerful, award-winning brands in media, including A+E, Lifetime, HISTORY and Viceland.

TMG’s Silver Star Award program recognizes individual efforts and dedication resulting in innovation, high levels of customer service, and cost savings. Together, Omar Roberts and Denise Strong were able to take the TMG Silver Star Award to a new level as they identified three new categories: Excellent Customer Service, Owning Your Job and Exceptional Teamwork. Over the years, our Where Services Matters team has identified cost savings through consolidation of services, implementing more cost effective complimentary service suppliers, service improvements and reduction of inventory. 

The success of this program is a testament to our partnership with A+E for over nine (9) years, as well as the vision of our National Account Manager, Omar Roberts.  “The relationship between our client and Associates at A+E is second to none, and our employees are treated like family” said TMG Senior Operations Manager, Anthony Luongo.  TMG Director of Operations, Brian Guerriere added “Everyone on the team is a winner.”

The ceremony was catered by A+E and was attended by A+E Management from its Stamford CT and Los Angeles CA facilities, a true reflection of A+E’s regard for our team members.
