Welcome Aboard Yvette Caldwell

Welcome! Yvette Caldwell has joined The Millennium Group as a Senior Regional Operations Manager for the Northern Western Region. She is responsible for all of the customer/employee-related initiatives, as well as the strategic operational initiatives that continue to strengthen Where Service Matters in the Western Region, specifically in San Francisco, the Tri-Valley – CA, East Bay – CA, North Bay – CA, and Southern CA. Yvette is based in San Francisco and reports to Merrick Colson, Senior Managing Director, Strategic Accounts.

Yvette has more than 15 years of leadership experience with a diverse set of organizations, such as: Branch Manager for the East/North Bay, Adecco General Staffing,  Area/Field Operations Manager with 24 Hour Fitness and Decurion Corporation-Pacific/ArcLight Cinemas.  She has proven success with M&A executions and Policy and Procedure development.  Prior to her leadership experience she worked in roles requiring a high level of accuracy and customer service with Manpower, Inc., Nortel Networks and Wells Fargo Bank.

Yvette holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Human Resources Management Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She also is an Alumni of San Jose State University with a BA in Communications.  Yvette, welcome to the Where Service Matters team!
