Strong Client Satisfaction

At TMG, delivering Where Service Matters resulting in client satisfaction is our mission.  We take great pride in earning client praise for professional expertise, customer service, reliability and quality of services.  Our annual client satisfaction surveys give us valuable insight into our company; the survey results identify key areas where we are excelling, and helps us identify areas to improve upon our service delivery.

We recently conducted our enterprise wide survey, with a 26% increase in client participation over 2016. The survey included a variety of questions, many of them open-ended, and we are glad to report that over 98% of clients cited that we are meeting and/or exceeding their expectations.  We are also happy to report that over 91% of our client base feel that we bring tangible value to their core strategic goals and objectives.
